| All sales are final after 30 days of shipment notification. In the event you need to return an item, all returned items must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without an RMA will not be processed. Use our Return Request form to process an RMA. | |

| Orders are generally processed within 2-3 business days of placing your order regardless of the shipping method you choose. Orders received after 2:00 pm EST may not be processed until the next business day. As our products are shipped from two warehouses, toy items not are shipped with lingerie items. |
Defective/Damaged items will be replaced with the exact same item only. All returns of defective/damaged items must be unused items and returned in its original packaging. |
Warranty issues are handled directly through the manufacturer. Follow the instructions provided with your product. |

| Changing / Canceling Your Order may occur at anytime prior to shipment, generally within 1-2 business days of placing your order. Orders that have been submitted for shipment and/or shipped cannot be changed or canceled. |

| When there's a need to change or cancel an order, please provide the following information when you contact us: |

The name on the invoice |
The invoice number and date |
The model # of the item(s) you wish to change or cancel |
If you're changing items on your order, include the replacement model #, color, and size |
If you're canceling the order, include the reason |

| Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus shipping and handling fees. Upon inspection, damaged/defective items are excluded from this restocking fee. |

| Undeliverable or Refused packages are subject to a 20% restocking fee and the shipping and handling fees will be deducted from your refund. In the event that an order is either undeliverable or refused, the shipping address of the order will be flagged in our system as invalid which will prevent future orders from being shipped to that address. |

| Refunds will be credited after receipt and inspection of the returned item(s). |

| Shipping and Handling Fees are non-refundable. No exceptions. |

| Shipping Methods: We use UPS, FedEx and USPS and try to find the least expensive carrier to ship your order to you. |

| International Orders are handled manually and are exempt from our Customer Loyalty Program. All sales are final and are non-returnable/non-refundable. Passion Seed Inc is not responsible for shipments confiscated by Customs. If you need to change or cancel your order, you must contact us before shipment—orders cannot be changed or canceled after shipment. Lingerie items are shipped separately from Toy items. Delivery may take up to 6 weeks. Please contact us to place your International Order. |

| NOTE: As the delivery process is handled through a third-party, delivery of any shipment is not guaranteed. Your receipt of a tracking number confirms shipment of your order. If you did not receive a tracking number and your order status is "shipped," please contact us. If your shipment tracking number confirms delivery, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier. We will not provide refunds or replace a shipment on orders where the shipment tracking confirms delivery. |
